Away Travel: Edinburgh Rugby Heineken Cup Match (Murrayfield)
Below is the booking form for away travel to the Edinburgh Rugby Heineken Cup match in Edinburgh on Sunday 22nd January 2012.
Flights & Hotel: £161 per person
We have reserved a limited number of return flights from Heathrow to Edinburgh and are offering return flights departing via BMI from Heathrow on Saturday 12.20pm, arriving 1:55pm in Edinbugh and departing Edinburgh via BA on Sunday at 8:35pm, arriving back in Heathrow at 9:55pm. The total price is £161 per person which includes return flights, overnight accommodation in a 2-3 star hotel on Saturday evening (either in the Haymarket area or close to Murrayfield), and transfers from Edinburgh airport to the city. For those who require transfer from Reading to Heathrow and back, we will arrange transport and pick-ups from Reading locations (as above) for an additional cost (expected to be no more than £10 per person return, depending on numbers). Match tickets are available at £15 each (which we can purchase on your behalf if you desire – see order form. We will contact you regarding payment for these after bookings are received).
For those who have previously expressed an interest in this option, we have reserved places for you and you will will receive an email confirming this. Please note that for the flight option, we need to have all bookings made by 10:00 am on 23rd December.
